On Thursday 26th September the winners of the 2024 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards were revealed at a gala dinner in London, attended by CEO’s, Marketing Directors, and senior leaders of Europe’s top RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions providers.
“We significantly expanded our European judging panel for 2024. The depth of talent and expertise that reviewed and judged each of your entries this year was amazing. Thank you to our judges. The TIARA Awards are built on the rigor and independent thought you each bring to the table”, said Ray Culver, Managing Director Americas, TALiNT Partners and co-host of the awards ceremony.
AMS were crowned the overall winner and received the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award, having also picked up The Employer Brand Award and The Giant Group DE&I Award.
The awards evening also saw the presentation of a very special award – The Outstanding Achievement Award, which was presented to Gary Browning. “During his 14 years as CEO he transformed Penna to a multifaceted, talent solutions provider, covering outplacement, assessment, recruitment and outsourcing. His impact on our sector has been incredibly important, and as we increasingly see how the world of talent solutions can extend the range of services it offers, Gary was often there first!” said Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive, TALiNT Partners.
In what has been a challenging year for the sector, the range of finalists was more varied than ever, and the quality of entries continues to improve each year.
The 2024 campaign was supported by Bullhorn, Giant Group, Integrella, Jove, Netive VMS and Workwell.
