The lifetime achievement award

Judges Comments:

The Judges were thrilled to recognize someone who, not only has had a profound impact on the sector over the years, but recently has taken on a whole new lease of life. Andrew has been at the forefront of his profession since the 80’s, but this award isn’t about longevity, it’s about impact.

Over the years he has learned to pivot and be agile before these terms became fashionable, including facing the challenge of successfully transitioning his business when the internet threatened to replace his prime source of revenue. From there he built a business and a team at TMP who were recognised as market leaders, not least by PeopleScout who acquired them in 2018.

Talent Solutions Provider of the Year

Judges’ Comments: The judges decided that the three most important categories this year are Candidate Experience, Client Service and LongTerm Partnership and factoring in the overall consistency of their entries, Judges felt that AMS were worthy winners.

Judges recognised the depth of expertise consistently delivered by AMS as well as their ability to bring a high degree of creativity and innovation to new client challenges.
