Entry Guidelines

To increase your chances of being shortlisted:

  • Carefully read the criteria and questions for each award category
  • Provide all relevant information about your company and complete the entry form(s)
  • Do not include any pictures, graphs or logos and focus instead on testimonials or data
  • Pay your entry fee of £250 before the entry deadline as only paid for entries will be submitted for judging (click here for payment, or email christine@talint.co.uk to be invoiced)*
  • Once your entry is complete, please email it to ken@talint.co.uk.

The Employer Brand Award

  • Celebrating distinction in elevating a client’s employer brand to have a measurable impact on their talent strategy.

The Diversity & Inclusion Award

  • Demonstrating clear impact against a progressive D&I agenda, whether helping an employer take their first steps or reach new levels of inclusion.

The Candidate Experience Award

  • Showing clear evidence of delivering a consistently good experience at every stage of the candidate journey.

The Best Use of Technology Award

  • Solving a business issue through the implementation of a unique, new tech solution or using existing tech in an innovative way.

The Client Service Award

  • Winning support and recognition across the whole client community for dependable, timely results.

The Best New Talent Solutions Provider

  • Open to both new divisions of larger corporates or stand-alone mid-market entrants, there will be evidence of rapid impact and success.

The Long-Term Partnership Award

  • As the name suggests, the judges will look for evidence of genuine partnership over a period of at least five years.
