Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our award entry platform and select TIARA Talent Solutions Awards from the drop-down menu.
- You can edit, save, amend and submit your entries on the platform.
- Carefully read the criteria for each award category.
- Provide all relevant information in each section.
- Each question has a word count, do not exceed this.
- There is an opportunity to provide additional supporting information and testimonials.
- If you are entering multiple award categories, please adapt your entries as questions may differ.
- The entry fee of £300 includes judging feedback.
- Please note TALiNT Partners Members qualify for discounts on entry fees and ceremony places.

The emerging talent Initiative
- This Award recognises success in engaging with emerging talent, whether through graduate, apprenticeship or other programmes.
The Client Service Award
- This Award celebrates providers achieving high levels of client service and engagement who have built a reputation for consistent, timely results.
The Best Use of Technology Award
- This Award recognises companies that solve a business issue through the implementation of a unique, new tech solution or using existing tech in an innovative way.
The Talent Solutions Innovation Award
- This Award recognises a stand-alone innovation across any aspect of your internal or external processes, enabling you to better meet the needs of your clients and/or retain key employees.
The inclusive recruitment Award
- This Award recognises providers supporting clients in the development of their DE&I objectives, enabling them to improve inclusion and the retention of diverse talent.
The bullhorn Long-Term Partnership Award
- This award looks for evidence of genuine partnership over a period of at least five years. It will look at both sustained success and continuous improvement but can also include major improvement and/or turnaround scenarios.
The Talent Attraction Strategy of the year
- This Award recognises the most impactful talent attraction strategy, whether it's engaging early career talent, elevating a client’s employer brand or providing a positive candidate experience.
The talent solutions challenger Award
- This award is open to both new divisions of larger corporates and stand-alone SME providers who have entered the market or brought new solutions to the market within the last 5 years.
The Best Talent Solutions Firm to work for
- This Award recognises employers of choice who can demonstrate innovation and impact in the attraction, induction, development and retention of their own talent.
