Entry Guidelines

To increase your chances of being shortlisted:

  • Register on our award entry platform
  • You can work through your entry through our event management system, where you can save, amend, submit and pay all within the system
  • Carefully reading the criteria for each award category
  • Provide all relevant information in each section
  • Each question has a word count, do not exceed
  • There is an opportunity to provide supporting information
  • There is a fee of £250 per entry and only paid for entries will be submitted for judging

The Best Early Career Initiative

  • This Award recognises success in engaging with emerging talent, whether through graduate, apprenticeship or other programmes.

The Horsefly Analytics Employer Brand Award

  • This Award celebrates distinction in elevating a client’s employer brand to have a measurable impact on their talent strategy. 

The Diversity & Inclusion Award

  • This Award recognises companies who demonstrate a clear impact against a progressive D&I agenda, whether helping an employer take their first steps or reach new levels of inclusion.

The Parasol Candidate Experience Award

  • This Award recognises companies that show clear evidence of delivering a consistently good experience at every stage of the candidate journey. 

The CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND Best Use of Technology Award

  • This Award recognises companies that solve a business issue through the implementation of a unique, new tech solution or using existing tech in an innovative way.

The ETEAM Client Service Award

  • This Award celebrates those winning support and recognition across the whole client community for dependable, timely results. 


  • This Award is open to both new divisions of larger corporates or stand-alone mid-market entrants.  

The ICIMS Long-Term Partnership Award

  • This Award looks for evidence of genuine partnership over a period of at least five years. It will look at both sustained success and continuous improvement but can also include major improvement and/or turnaround scenarios.


  • This Award recognises employers of choice who can demonstrate innovation and impact in the attraction, induction, development and retention of their own talent.
