On Thursday 21st September the winners of the 2023 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards were revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the beautiful Pan Pacific London, attended by over 220 CEO’s and leaders of Europe’s top RPO, MSP and talent solutions providers.
PeopleScout were crowned the overall winner and received The Cornerstone Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award, having also picked up The Employer Award and The Sonovate Best Talent Solutions Firm To Work For award.
The judges said “The bold, lively, brave, and fresh approach to many of their entries meant the overall winner is PeopleScout. The team at PeopleScout consistently demonstrated creative approaches to challenges but also underpinned their work with strong processes and delivered strong results – so all in all a worthy winner”.
The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards 2023 campaign was supported by headline sponsor Cornerstone and awards sponsors Amdaris, Giant Group, Parasol, Sonovate and Stratigens.
The awards evening also saw the presentation of a very special award – The Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented to Elisabetta Bayliss, Chief Operating Officer at Hays Enterprise Solutions. “Elisabetta is an amazing example of how to have a varied, challenging and hugely successful career with the same employer. For the last 35 years, Elisabetta has risen through her organisation and and has been a driving force in helping Hays Talent Solutions grow significantly. Elisabetta’s philosophy is powerfully simple: people need to be understood. As a leader this is always an effort worth making”, said Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive, TALiNT Partners.
